Wynn II
I had to use my final week of vacation at work or lose the vacation time on January 1st. I searched for a place of interest, and couldn’t beat the prices offered in Las Vegas. My first stop was the Wynn. One of my favorite hang-outs in Vegas.
Austin Airport II
I am at Gate 9! It’s the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Yay.
Embassy Suites – San Antonio International Airport
This Embassy Suites served me well. I will definitely stay there again when I need to travel to San Antonio.
Via Colori
Via Colori! Please go to this festival if you ever have the opportunity. The streets of the Theater District in Downtown Houston were blocked off and filled with people, sunshine, music, food, drink, and some incredible chalk art. 🙂
Downtown Houston
The Theater District in Downtown Houston is awesome. I walked around the area today with my head up in the sky admiring the tall building architecture on display.
Rienzi Gardens
The Rienzi Gardens in the River Oaks area of Houston are free and open to the public during the operating hours of the Rienzi House Museum. Beware, because the website indicates a 4.4 acre setting, but for some reason, much of it was roped off today. Still, the small part I was allowed to visit was special.
Embassy Suites – Houston Galleria
This Embassy Suites is known for its Royal Swans – “Pa” and “Gram”. The hotel is located within a short walk of the Houston Galleria and several restaurants. I had a nice, relaxing weekend there.
