I was needing some bubble tea today, so after work, I drove down to Campus and stopped in at CoCo’s Cafe. Almond milk tea with pearls it was. 🙂

Ducks
Georgetown has a nice swimming hole called Blue Hole that is close to Downtown. It is a good picnic spot. I caught these three ducks enjoying the cool water this evening.

Saint Richard’s
Do you have places in your neighborhood that you drive by multiple times, but never stop to explore? Tonight I explored one of those places and took a few photos.
Voodoo Room
I went downtown to watch the football game tonight and to hang out with a friend. After the game was over, I stopped by a few places, including The Voodoo Room. This is a relatively small bar on Sixth Street that features local DJs. Check it out if you get the opportunity.
Breaking Rules
Sometimes as a photographer, you have to take some risks. I’m guessing that they didn’t want me to walk to the back fence to take some photos, but I wanted a different perspective of things. I risked golf balls flying over the side fence to get this one for y’all. I hope you appreciate it. 🙂
Top Golf
My friend celebrated his Birthday today at Top Golf in Austin. I crammed three photos into a collage – one from a bay on the second floor, one that shows how the bays wrap around and one from the back fence of the facility. This is a fun place to visit if you like to whack golf balls into targets.
Turtle Creek Pool
I had the pool all to myself this morning. I was testing my ability to take a photo half in the water and half out of the water. I hope you like the results.

The Uptown Social
This afternoon, I find myself at The Uptown Social in Georgetown. They have a groovy wrap-around rooftop terrace that overlooks the downtown square with views of the Williamson County Courthouse. I took some photos, then came in out of the 90 degree heat for a bite to eat. This is a casual restaurant and bar if you find yourself in Georgetown.
