I tried several different paths to gain access to this wonderful field of flowers today, but I was unable to find a legal path in. The best I could do was to take a long walk on the fence line. It’s OK, because the wildflowers were growing there too.

March for Babies
I got up early (for a Saturday) in support of the March of Dimes. The walk was fun, but the ducks at the lake were way cooler. I think they were in search of breakfast, but they were still friendly when they discovered that I was bearing no food.
Caramel Frappuccino
This is a new experience for me. Trying a Starbucks next to the freeway that doesn’t have inside seating. The downside is that the wireless connection out here is lacking. The good thing is that it is a beautiful night to be out on the patio with my Caramel Frappuccino.

Rosa’s Cafe & Tortilla Factory
Rosa’s Cafe & Tortilla Factory is defined by Google Maps as a “Fast-food chain featuring classic Mexican dishes & housemade tortillas in festive surroundings.” I think I agree with that summary. I was more attracted by the festive surroundings than I was by the tacos I ordered, however I will give this restaurant another chance with the hopes that I visited on an off night.
